"To Be" & "Not To Be" - "WE SHALL BE"......

"Be Positive, Be Proactive, Be Pragmatic .... Life will lead to your Destiny"....

This story is an illustration for ‘Stochastic Theory’

Stochastic means having a random probability, but not predicted precisely or accurately. In life so many events cannot be predicted with certainty. In our life too, there are moments of choice when we are confronted on all sides with negative thoughts and possibilities.

Looking closely at the narration and the sequence in the story of the deer, maybe we can learn from the deer.

The Purpose :

The priority of the deer, in that given moment, was simply to give birth to a baby. She was on her purpose and she did it. The Focus :

Any action or reaction that changed her focus would have likely resulted in death or disaster. She did not lose her focus "Come what may".......

The Resilience:

Resilience isn't a single skill. It's a variety of skills and coping mechanisms. To bounce back from bumps in the road as well as failures, you should focus on emphasizing the positive. Being Resilient, the deer stood in the storm and when the wind did not blow her way, she adjusted her sails.”

A threatening storm may pass off as strong winds causing no damage at all!

Such complex situation are not uncommon in our life and in the work centre.

Most of the time we press the panic button. We lose our cool, rational thinking. And seem to do irrational things, there by creating more mess. So How does one face the scenario?

  • Keep cool, think and proceed cautiously

  • Consult your seniors or peers

  • Do not rush – analyze in all angles

  • Be Resilient

  • It is possible, the situation will turn out to be not so complicated as you originally thought.

Always remember, "Nothing is Constant, but Change".... So "This also will Pass".....

“When we learn how to become resilient, we learn how to embrace the beautifully broad spectrum of the human experience.”
